1.1 All cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-reversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
1.2 Due to the volatility of cryptocurrency markets, we do not offer refunds for price fluctuations after purchase.

Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate Payments – If charged twice for the same transaction.
- Technical Errors – If a system or wallet malfunction causes funds to be deducted without service/product delivery.
- Unauthorized Transactions – If an account breach is proven and reported within 24 hours of the incident.

Ineligible Refunds
- Incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user
- Market losses due to crypto volatility
- Failure to meet personal earning expectations in the MLM program
- Commissions already earned and paid out to network members
- Voluntary account closure

Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email support@digitaldinar.biz within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
- Provide your full name, registered email, transaction ID, and reason for refund request.
- Our team will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed in the same cryptocurrency used for payment, at the equivalent value at the time of the refund approval (not at the time of purchase).
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your wallet.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through a bank or payment provider without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all MLM commissions.
